Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors/Contributors should adhere strictly to the under listed guidelines on presentation. Articles, which fail to make these requirements, may be rejected.
1. All articles must be original and written in English language.
2. Articles or papers should not exceed 15 pages including tables and references. It should be typed, double spaced, 12 font size, on one side of A4 paper and preferably on Times New Romans.
3. The title should contain name(s), status, address(es), email address(es) and phone numbers of the authors to enhance communication.
4. The title should be concise, self-explanatory and not more than 20 words.
5. There should be an abstract of not more than 200 words.
6. All tables, graphs and diagrams should be in appropriate place in the paper and not on separate sheets. They should be correctly and suitably titled. Tables should be reduced to the barest minimum.
7. The current APA style of citation and referencing should be strictly adhered to.
8. Key words of not more than five should be provided below the abstract.
9. Simultaneous submission of articles to PAJE and other Journal should be avoided.
10. All articles are subject to peer review. Accepted articles for publication may be edited to improve their overall quality.
